The Digital Marketer that we are looking for Hotech should be a resourceful talent. She/He is expected to be 50% marketer, 25% engineer and 25% data scientist in order to handle complex digital environment. Functions and Responsibilities
Copy, edit, write and optimize web and marketing content (including metadata, headlines, articles, blogs and more)
Maintain digital content strategy and editorial calendar
Manage content lifecycle from creation through approvals, editing, publishing, measurement, curation and maintenance
Coordinate across departments and monitor industry news to identify content priorities
Daily management of social media ensuring content and editing maintain brand integrity. Ensure issues and feedback are monitored and coordinated with customer service department as needed.
Maintain weekly editorial calendar for all social media, .COM & mailings coordinating with marketing and business initiatives. Ensure the consistency of social media posting based on the calendar.
Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
Partner with Marketing, Design, PR teams to find creative solutions for generating new traffic, improving conversion.
Provide non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations.
Monitor the competition and plan for change as the social media landscape continues to change rapidly.
Assist with special projects as they arise.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a digital marketer, content specialist or content editor within marketing
A passion for making great content that’s clear, helpful and on-brand
Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
Understand the key measurement tools available
Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively
Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
Familiarity with the most current trends and research in SEO and semantic search
Experience performing keyword research and executing a keyword strategy
Experience developing and managing marketing calendars
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent writing skills both in English and in Turkish
Experience in the digital space, producing technology content or any other content relative to our customer base
Continuously search for latest trends to stay ahead of competitors
Prioritization and time management skills
