AmonRa Software and HolidayCheck established a partnership to provide a solution for hotels to become more effective on the guest review process of their hotels. With the integration of the HolidayCheck review process into AmonRa Software’s Quality Management solution, former guests will be automatically guided to the HolidayCheck review process by receiving an automatized post-stay e-mail. Thus, hoteliers will be able to manage the entire process for guest reviews. The solution simplifies the process and decreases the time spend for generating a hotel review. The implementation promises a significant increase of reviews on HolidayCheck. Furthermore, hoteliers will be able to manage guest feedback and requests in a centralized way and profit from a quick and instantaneous possibility to react on complaints and comments about their hotels on HolidayCheck.
